Good facilities, and privacy

Food at the restaurant were not up to standard.

Wonderful to have such a spacious and comfortable apartment at a good price. Felt like a home from home - perfect for working in, and for relaxation.

The location is a bit out of the town centre - so expect long taxi journeys to get to most places in the governemnt district / Menteng.

The design of rooms is suitable for groups and family, with kitchen aminities. Free Wi- fi at dfferent location. Wonderful sight at swimming pool. The price is reasonable. The location is strategic near shopping malls we like & some at walking distance ( Citraland, Central Park mall & taman angrik).

Although room service is available, but the linen and towels need to be replaced by new ones. Bed mattreses also can be changed for more comfort.

Convenient to shopping mall like taman anggerek, central park and 5mins walk to ciputra mall

The heavy traffic jam around the area

The location of hotel is wonderfull; close to many shopping malls. Nice swiming pools. Staff is great with remarkable services.

No free internet in rooms.

convenient to airport only half an hour and near to tanah abang too ;)

housekeeping - need to call couple of times to get them deliver me more towel as i am living in family room the number of pax staying is 6 but they only provide us 2 towels only.

The apartment is spacious.

The services was a let down. When we checked in on the 15/07/2011 there was no towels in the bathroom. One of the chairs (single seater) was broken. The mineral water was not replenished on the 16/07/2011. It took quite a while for the lifts to come. The rooms were not properly cleaned. The toilets are dirty and smell musky

Its nt as nice as in the pictures.

1. The staff refused to accept my visa credit card and my dollars cash. The card they said is from a bank in Saudi Arabia. This was the same card I used during booking, and used for shopping in the malls. I was lucky to have some cash and so was saved. We were made to wait until I went to town and cashed some dollars and paid in IDRupees. They did not accept the dollars saying they were old. This was my first bad experience. 2. The sauna and jacuzzi were not working. 3. The spa looked like a cheap joint and the rates at the spa were five times the rates at the adjacent Ciputra mall.

The price was good, value for money, the buffet was acceptable.

its rather old, i wish they do some re-furnishing in the room floor, ceiling and etc. You have to pay extra IDR 75.000/night for internet connection--which i think is not appropriate these days.

I liked the view of the entrance and swimming pool , also the restaurant is quite good but not used to the Indonesian food, the room is ok ( not like a 4 star) but good for the money.

Staff are friendly ,but don't speak English very good.

Its affordable rate and location close to the shopping malls.

1. deteriorating rooms 2. swimming pool accessible only through lobby and main entrance -- which is kinda embarassing when you already wear 2 piece swimsuit. 3. towel service is not readily available (once my family had to wait 30minutes and we only got the towels after we threatened to walk through the lobby and elevators to retrieve our room towels while still drenching wet)

That is a goood hotel for money value you pay.

The hotel did not provide ant minibus shuttle ervice during our 3 nights stay contrarry to what thay claim.

I had very bad experience with this hotel. First, the hotel was outdated with extremely old furniture that does not fitadvent a 2 star hotel. Second, the bathroom was dirty with yellow stain on door and in the bath tub. The toilet seat was destroyed and was unpleasant to use the bath room. Third, even ice was not available and the frige was not working, I asked for a working frige , so the manager came and changed the frige for me with an old frige at least 20 years old.
